In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate; entrants, vendors, participants and spectators, by execution of this entry form. Discharge Highland Lakes Kiwanis Club and their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives or anyone connected with management or presentation of the Main Street Car Show and any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgment, and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to his/her person or property. In consideration of this entry, car/truck/bike, owners, and/or guests agree to permit the use of their names, and pictures, and pictures of the car/truck/bike for publicity, advertising and commercial purpose (including newspapers, magazines, radio, television, website and social media) before, during and after the event and do hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos taken in connection with the event, and give permission to publish or sell or otherwise dispose of said photographs to Highland Lakes Kiwanis Club.
